Who can benefit from a solo session?
Anyone wanting to improve their relationship with food and does best in a one on one setting.
Will I lose weight?
The focus with Intuitive Eating is not on losing weight. That may happen as a result from healing your relationship with food, which is our focus.
I don't have a google account, can I still work with you online?
Yes. I will send you a link to join your session one you have booked. All you need is a device, internet connection and Chrome browser.
