- Favorite RecipesIngredients 3 Eggs 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 C Sugar 70 gm Melted Butter 1 C Milk 2 C Flour 1 TBSP Baking Powder 3 Apples Directions 1. Preheat oven to 180 C 2. Combine eggs, salt, sugar 3. Add milk and butter 4. Add flour and baking powder 5. Slice apples thinly 6. Add half the batter to the pan then place apples and top with the remaining half of the batter 7. Bake for 30 minutes Notes: This cake is very basic and not very sweet. You can use some spice or serve it with ice cream to sweeten it, but I like the texture and the fact that it is not sweet. Thank you Simple Food For Everyday for this recipe.Like
- Favorite RecipesIngredients (per serving) 1/2 C Wholegrain Oats 1 TBSP Chia Seeds 1 tsp Cinnamon or Cocoa 1/2 tsp Sugar, Honey, or Syrup Salt 1/2-3/4 C Favorite Milk Directions 1. Measure out the dry ingredients into jars 2. Stir the dry ingredients before adding the milk. I find a fork works well to get into the corners of the jar. 3. Add your favorite milk. I typically combine half parts coconut cream and whole milk. 4. Stir again and cover. 5. Place in fridge overnight and they'll be ready the next day when soft and chia seeds have expanded.Like
