Here's a simple example, of course, it can get much juicier... EXTERNALShea and Atticus are home today. I have work to do. There are incomplete tasks around the house. INTERNALI am feeling unfocused. I am thinking I never feel well. My shoulder hurts. I didn't sleep well last night. ANCHORI can communicate to make a plan. ACTIONTalk to Shea about how to manage the day. There will likely be generalizations, assumptions, and inaccuracies that appear but hopefully, when you find an anchor it helps bring more clarity.
