I have been enjoying fresh veggie juice 3 or more times/week. I love to use celery in the juicer because it produces such a large amount of liquid and tastes so yummy.


Of course you need a juicer to enjoy this...


3-4 large celery stalks

1 apple

1 lemon or lime (yes the whole thing including skin)

1 bit of ginger

1 carrot

1 small beetroot
