Carrot Bundt Cake



Ingredients


Cake

2 C Flour

2 C Sugar

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Soda

3 C Grated Carrots

4 Eggs

3/4 C Oil or Butter

1 tsp. Vanilla


Frosting

1 small container of Cream Cheese

1-2 TBSP Milk

1/4 C Powdered Sugar


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

  2. Grease and flour the bunt pan.

  3. Combine dry ingredients.

  4. Melt the butter and combine with sugar then add other wet ingredients.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

  6. Mix up the frosting, but keep it in the fridge for when the cake is served.
