Service Description

As a Wellness Coach, I collaborate with you and support you on your very unique wellness journey. In our first, complimentary session together, we will choose a starting place to focus. Some examples include getting your core muscles engaged, planning some meals for the weeks, identifying your core values, or strategizing ways to manage stress better.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please visit "my bookings" up to two hours prior. Cancellations and reschedules without two hours of notice will incur a full session fee.
