Intuitive Eating is not really about weight loss. It's about healing your relationship with food and your body. If weight loss happens it is the result of your body feeling safe and cared for, not because you were fixated on it as the primary goal. It's okay to WANT to lose weight. It does not make you vain, shallow or anything else. But when it is the only or primary motivator it is often paired with controlling, painful behaviors that have little to do with self-care. Just take care of yourself and let your body decide on a weight that is right for you right now. You don't have to like it, but you don't get to abuse yourself for your body not cooperating in the way you expect.
