Your postnatal body may feel foreign or confusing, perhaps like a chest of drawers in disarray. I can help you gain clarity and create healing in areas such as pelvic floor health, abdominal separation, body acceptance, and general fitness and well-being by collaborating with you and drawing from my experience as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and wellness coach.

Absolutely, under ones are more than welcome to come along.
Will I lose weight?
The focus with wellness coaching is not on losing weight. However, it may happen as a result from better self-care, which is our focus.
Can I work with you while I am still pregnant?
Yes...it's even better if you start habits that will serve you postnatally.
