Personal Training & Pilates sessions will help you improve your overall well-being. You will gain body awareness, improve mind-body connections, condition your core and pelvic floor, feel better, reduce stress, move with more ease, and improve your mobility, strength, and balance. I use varied, minimal equipment and collaborate with you at your own pace drawing from a variety of methods including Pilates, Yoga, dance, personal training, natural movement, and more. Sessions are held in my light and cozy home studio with plenty of free street parking and a dedicated entrance, making it the perfect blend of personal and professional.
