The journey to a healthy weight you can maintain with ease is even more important than the end result.  Your mindset combined with the actions you take must be sustainable and you must be willing to prioritize process over outcome.  Intuitive Eating and mindful movement provide a solid framework for embarking on this journey.  A journey requiring you to ditch your scale, make peace with food, and find joy in movement.  NOURISH is my hybrid program combining my self-paced course "Heal Your Food Story"  with solo and group Healthy Weight Coaching sessions.
