Mindful Movement Coaching is designed to help you improve your overall health and fitness, using a safe, compassionate, and engaged approach. You will gain body awareness, improve mind-body connections, condition your core and pelvic floor, feel better, reduce stress, and move with more ease. I use minimal equipment and collaborate with you at your own pace drawing from a variety of methods including Pilates, dance, personal training, natural movement, and more.

I'm a Wellness Coach with a bachelor's in Lifestyle Management and nearly a decade of experience coaching individuals in the area of health and wellness.
