You will gain awareness, improve mind-body connections, and simply feel better. I use minimal equipment and work at your own pace drawing from a variety of methods including Pilates, dance, personal training, and more.

I'm a Wellness Coach with a bachelor's in Lifestyle Management and nearly a decade of experience coaching individuals in the area of health and wellness.

Will I lose weight?
The focus with wellness coaching is not on losing weight. However, it may happen as a result from better self-care, which is our focus.
I don't have a google account, can I still work with you online?
Yes. I will send you a link to join your session one you have booked. All you need is a device, internet connection and Chrome browser.
