Current NZ COVID-19 Protection Framework: Traffic Light RED

Currently, I am still seeing in-person clients following all the same protocols as stated below under the ORANGE framework.  If you prefer a virtual session, please let me know.  Also, please remember to come as close to the time of your appointment as you are able to avoid spending long periods in reception and plan on wearing your mask for the duration of our session.

Current NZ COVID-19 Protection Framework: Traffic Light ORANGE

The following information is for in-person sessions. Please remember I also offer virtual sessions if you prefer.

As a practitioner at Ngaio Natural Health Centre, guidance is taken from the Ministry of Health. Therefore, I will treat all patients equally, whether they are vaccinated or not, and will not be operating the Vaccine Passport System.

As a wellness service provider, I am vaccinated and will continue to welcome all clients as long as you:

  • Only come on-site if well, otherwise stay home, and get tested

  • Wear a mask*

  • Please not come if you've been in close contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks, visited a location of interest, or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result

  • Come as close to the time of your appointment as you are able to avoid spending long periods in reception

  • Please scan in using our QR code

  • Sanitize or wash your hands after entering the building

  • Maintain social distancing as much as possible within the premises

*if you have a medical exemption please let me know prior to our first session.

Ngaio Natural Health Centre is continuing to:

  • Screen all clients and support people to avoid transmission

  • Clearly display our QR code for easy contact tracing

  • Observe physical distancing measures such as spacing chairs in reception, managing appointment times so that people can come straight into the treatment room, asking clients to wait until their appointment time to come on to the premises

  • Use infection control measures like the routine use of masks, appropriate ventilation, providing masks and sanitizer for clients, regularly cleaning commonly used surfaces, keeping our practitioners updated on the latest best practice through regular communication

Let's Stay Kind and Safe Together,
