You will gain body awareness, improve mind-body connections, condition your core and pelvic floor, feel better, reduce stress, and move with more ease. I draw from my expertise in a variety of methods including Pilates, contemporary dance, natural movement, and more to create a holistic, safe, and creative group dance experience, facilitated in-person.
