Are you ready to feel great in your body?

Movement Coaching is designed to help you improve your overall well-being. You will gain body awareness, improve mind-body connections, condition your core and pelvic floor, feel better, reduce stress, and move with more ease. I draw from my expertise in a variety of methods including Pilates, contemporary dance, natural movement, and more to create a holistic, safe, and creative group dance experience, facilitated in-person.

I'm a Wellness Coach with a bachelor's in Lifestyle Management & Contemporary Dance and over a decade of experience helping people feel better in their bodies.
